There are a number of features in Extended DISC reports that add real value for consultants and one of the main ones is the ability to recognise the perceived change an individual feels he/she has to make to cope with their environment.
Our trained consultants can recognise the effect of the changes in style but this month we take a look at an example of selecting individuals for roles that take them well out of their comfort zone creating a situation that can lead to stress related issues and an unhappy, and in most cases, ineffective team. The Extended DISC Job Comparison Report, which can form part of our Personal Analysis Report, is one of our most frequently used products. It is easy to use and in essence enables users to quickly define important job requirements, upload the information into our online system (EDOS) and obtain the resulting Job Comparison Report in any Personal Analysis Report. Extended DISC® Accreditation Training
Day 1 of Consultant/Trainer Certification Training Programme:
This is the first day of the 2 day Consultant/Trainer Certification. The focus of this programme is background/history and theory of Extended DISC®, understanding the four basic styles and interpretation of Personal Analysis Reports in depth.
Day 2 of the programme will be arranged on a date that is convenient to those attending Day 1.
This part of the programme is optional, but is required for full certification. The focus of this programme is Work Pair Analysis, Team Analysis, basic understanding of other products and EDOS.
Dates available:
- Tuesday, 29 May 2012 - Day 1 of Consultant/Trainer Certification
- Wednesday, 30 May 2012 - Day 2 of Consultant/Trainer Certification
