Meet The Team
Clyde Colson
Managing Director
Clyde is Managing Director of Extended DISC Australasia, and has held that position since the company began operations in 1999.
He has a life-time of experience as a partner in chartered accountancy practices retiring from the profession (Hayes Knight) to take up a full-time appointment with Extended DISC Australasia at the commencement of 2004. Hayes Knight have used Extended DISC methodology since 1997 and were the first organisation to use the system outside Finland and the United States. Clyde has been involved with Extended DISC International since that time.
Clyde has attended all Extended DISC World Meetings since his appointment and many advanced training sessions in Extended DISC systems. He has presented internationally and regularly conducts accreditation training for Master Trainers throughout Australia and New Zealand. He is the leading authority on Extended DISC in Australasia.
Clyde is a keen yachtsman having represented New Zealand in a number of ocean racing teams and successfully competing in numerous overseas races including three Sydney-Hobart Races. He has raced regularly in New Zealand-Pacific ocean races with success, and raced/cruised extensively.
Dayl Colson
Dayl is a Director of Extended DISC Australasia and has held that role since the company began operations in 1999. She is a chartered accountant and is still actively engaged in the profession, although retiring as a partner of Hayes Knight in 2004. She is responsible for the financial reporting and control of Extended DISC Australasia.
Dayl has attended many Extended DISC World Meetings and other Extended DISC events and has a wide knowledge of Extended DISC methodology. Her advice and contribution to the success of Extended DISC Australasia is profound.
Dayl is a keen gardener and shares the love of sailing with her husband Clyde.
Ludy Colenbrander
Business Development Manager
Ludy Colenbrander joined Extended DISC Australasia as Business Development Manager in August 2011.
Ludy has an impressive track record in sales, stemming from the Airline industry in Europe (Holland, Belgium and Germany) and was New Zealand General Manager of TeleCheck from 1994 until 2005. More recently, Ludy was involved in the development and marketing of mobile solutions on BlackBerry handheld devices. He is also a past president and current committee member of The Mission Bay Kohimarama Residents Association as well as Facilitator of The Admirals’ Breakfast Club; a business networking organisation for CEOs and MDs.
Kelly Fairhurst
General Manager - B Ed., Dip Teaching
Kelly has been working with Extended DISC since 2005. Her experience as an educator and Senior Teacher supports her presentation of Extended DISC training courses, vast product knowledge and daily involvement in interpretation of reports. She has travelled and taught extensively overseas and currently resides in Kaukapakapa with her husband and 2 children where she enjoys the quiet rural lifestyle Kaukapakapa offers.
Saffi Curran
Manager - New Product Development
Saffi has been working with Extended DISC Australasia since 2007. She has extensive experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager and Adminstrator. Saffi has travelled and lived overseas for a number of years and currently lives in Milford with her husband and two young children.
Jan Young
Office Administrator
Jan provides administration support to the Extended DISC team including EDOS Administration, accounts and other administration functions. She has extensive experience in Office Management and accounts.
Jan is married with two adult children and is interested in gardening and travel.
Jessica Bellairs
Part-time Administrator
Jessica joined Extended DISC Australasia in June 2010 part-time to offer administration support and assist with the implementation of FinxS. She was fully accredited as a consultant in 2009.
Originally from Hamilton, Jessica came to Auckland to study for a bachelor of midwifery at AUT. When not delivering babies she enjoys training for roller derby and spending time with her 3 children.
